Branch Wealth Manager - BFSI (1-3 yrs)
Salary : INR 1000000 - 1200000 LPA
Job Responsibility :
- Identify and prospect potential clients in branch area to expand client base
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics. - 3X
- Develop or acquire your own New Client base and sell them financial product based on their needs
- Take leads from the branches of their clients and provide them wealth services and sell our financial products based on their investment requirement
- Develop or acquire new sub brokers and get business from them
- Do seminar/webinar for different audience to make them ware about our financial products
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' financial goals, risk tolerance, and preferences.
- Develop customized wealth management plans based on individual client needs.
- Provide all the services to clients regarding his operational & product queries.
- Educate clients on various wealth products, including mutual funds, and retirement plans.
- Cross-sell wealth products to existing clients to deepen relationships and increase revenue.
- Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes to provide informed advice.
- Maintain accurate client records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Report Branch Manager with your MIS & deal closures.
Key Skills :
Mandatory :
- 1+ Years' experience in the relevant sector with basic knowledge of Mutual Fund, Share Market, Wealth Management.
