Branch Training Manager - Insurance (5-10 yrs)
Responsibilities and Duties :
- To be able to train all employees on product & sales development for Direct Marketing.
- Will be responsible for different branches across South India.
- Will be responsible for all the products of the organisation such as Life Insurance, Third Party Products, etc.
- Multiple locations handling
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
- 4-7 years of experience in training (life insurance only)from direct channel.
- Should be well versed with products likeLife Insurance& Third Party Products.
- Have a good hand on training specially FLS.
- Should be able to speak local language proficiently.
