Branch Services Manager - Sales - BFSI (1-6 yrs)
Functions and Accountability:
- Select and search new business prospects with current and potential channel partners.
- Create and implement account strategy to meet sales goals and increase income.
- Work together to find new business prospects with the sales team.
- Continually mentor and support sales team members.
- Lowest Industry Targets
- Analyse sales data to find possibilities and trends, then modify sales tactics as necessary.
- Able to communicate effectively.
- Achieve or surpass the maximum sales goals
Qualifications for candidates:
- 1-2 years of field sales and marketing experience
- Any graduate
- CTC maximum: 4.5 lpa
- Age range: 21 to 38
