Branch Services Manager - BFSI (2-4 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Oversees direct reports with the goal of maximizing branch employees' potential, output, and effectiveness. This include hiring, managing work assignments, establishing goals, developing performance plans, monitoring performance, offering coaching and counseling, offering training, and making sure that the organization's mission, values, policies, and work rules-as well as any applicable regulations-are followed.
