Branch Services Manager - BFSI (1-5 yrs)
Responsibilities :
-Business Associates and Financial distributors to meet the defined sales plans
- Maintain Quality of sales by ensuring the persistence standards of the channel
- Clarify and validate partner needs and performances at regular intervals
- Specific focus towards product availability, distribution and activity management
- Act as a pillar for communication between the customers
On roll job :
CTC : Up to 4.00 LPA
Candidate requirements :
-1+ experience of field sales & marketing of insurance/BFSI
- Any graduate/post graduate
- Any local candidate
- Age : 21 - 38 years
