Branch Service Manager - Sales - BFSI (1-5 yrs)
We are seeking a highly motivated Unit Sales Representative to drive insurance product sales through direct client interactions and by building a strong network of customers and agents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell life, health, and general insurance products.
- Meet prospective clients to understand their insurance needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Conduct regular training and motivation sessions for the advisor network.
- Ensure timely follow-up, proposal submission, and policy issuance.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for individual and team sales.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Age range: 21 years old to 38 years old
- 2-5 years of experience in insurance sales
- Strong field sales orientation
- Excellent communication
- Willingness to travel and manage field activities
