We are currently hiring for Branch Service Manager for our MNC client that is into industry automation, candidates should have good knowledge about the western region.

Reports to : Service Head Region
Type : Full Time permanent job
Industry preferred : Printing & Packaging or Industrial Automation
Job purpose :
- Responsible for service delivery through the service team.
Key tasks/ Responsibilities :
1. Monitor field performance of service team on daily basis and achieve agreed business targets related to spares and annual maintenance contracts
2. Ensure satisfaction and retention of customers through effective management of technical support and quality of service
3. Ensure an environment of Customer First & Team work
4. Develop & manage service team through effective communication, product knowledge development, skills development and motivation
5. Ensure periodic service meetings to monitor open issues and progress of agreed action plans
6. Ensure effective exchange of information with branch office team and senior management
7. Ensure timely appraisal of performance & potential of each member of the service team
8. Job involves traveling to customer sites located in industrial hubs

Education :
1. Graduation Degree in Electronics/Mechanical engineering with at least 60% marks from reputed college
2. Degree through Correspondence course shall not be considered. Diploma holders will not be considered
Experience :
1. Proven track record of success for at least 10 years as field service personnel in multinational organisation(s) with responsibility of service delivery of industrial automation related machines.
2. Proven track record of success for at least 3 years as team leader/ service manager with responsibility to deliver outstanding service through service team of at least 3-4 personnel in multinational organization(s) and must have handled techno - commercial profile.
Pre-requisites :
1. Sound mental and physical health is essential with no history of serious medical illness
2. Should have own vehicle that can be used for business travel purpose
