Branch Sales Officer - Insurance (1-4 yrs)
Job Summary:
The Sales Officer will be responsible for promoting and selling banking products (Current Account, loans, and other financial products. The role focuses on customer acquisition, relationship building, and achieving sales targets.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Actively generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Meet prospective clients, understand their needs, and offer banking solutions.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Promote and cross-sell other banking products like insurance, loans, etc.
- Provide post-sales support and address customer queries.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain proper records.
Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in BFSI or field sales (mandatory).
- Age: 21-32 years.
- Additional Requirements:
- Must be a local resident with good area knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
