Responsibilities :
- Sales Strategy : Develop and implement effective sales strategies for retail banking clients.
- Client Management : Build relationships, ensure satisfaction, and promote retention.
- Team Leadership : Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve targets and grow -professionally.
- Reporting : Prepare and present sales reports to track performance and identify -opportunities.
Qualification :
- Experience: Fresher to 4 Years in Core Sales and Marketing in any domain
- BFSI Domain experience will be beneficial for us
