Job Summary :
We are looking for a proactive and customer-driven Sales Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of various banking products, building a strong customer base, and providing excellent customer service. This role involves fieldwork and requires a high level of energy, strong communication skills, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities :
- Acquire new customers for banking products (loans, accounts, credit cards).
- Conduct field visits to approach potential clients.
- Meet sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Cross-sell products and maintain client relationships.
- Complete onboarding and documentation for new accounts.
Qualifications :
- Education : Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience : 1-2 years in sales, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Age : 21 to 32 years.
