Branch Sales Manager - Telecom (5-10 yrs)
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Branch Sales Manager to lead the sales efforts of our branch. This role involves managing the branch's sales operations, achieving revenue targets, developing and motivating the sales team, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Leadership :
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve branch revenue and profitability targets.
- Drive the branch team to meet or exceed individual and collective sales goals.
Team Management:
- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage the branch sales team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and design improvement plans for underperforming team members.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment to retain top talent.
Business Development :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the local market to grow the branch's customer base.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and business partners.
- Promote cross-selling and up-selling of products/services to maximize revenue.
Operational Oversight:
- Monitor daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies.
- Manage branch budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Oversee the resolution of customer issues and complaints to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service by the entire branch team.
Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
- Prepare and present periodic reports on branch performance, sales metrics, and market conditions to senior management.
