- Ensuring monthly, yearly targets are met by the branch
- Organizing business promotion campaign and participate in Marketing activities
- Monitoring the daily visits by team and ensuring updating the same in the app. Meeting overall KPI(Targets)
- Training, coaching and monitoring team performance.
- Ensuring conversion of leads generated and disbursement of file in line with the credit policy, overall policy and process implementation and monitoring
