Keiretsu is currently hiring for a renowned corporation for the role of;

Branch Sales Manager/Relationship Manager

Experience : - 2-5 years

Responsibilities :

1. Manage and drive home loan sales growth in the designated region.

2. Develop and execute strategies to source new business through various channels, including walk-in customers, empaneled DSAs and connectors, cold calling, open market, and cross-selling.

3. Effectively manage channel partnerships to achieve sales objectives.

4. Provide expert guidance to clients throughout the loan application process.

5. Ensure timely collection of required documents and follow up with customers on loan queries.

6. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets to contribute to the organization's budgetary goals.

7. Foster strong relationships with the Home Finance team to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

8. Continuously explore innovative approaches to enhance productivity and sales performance.

9. Prepare and maintain accurate Management Information System (MIS) report.
