Branch Sales Manager - Recruitment Portal (8-12 yrs)
Candidate will be responsible in promoting Recruitment Portal to the Corporate.
Hence candidate should be from similar back ground or who are promoting HR Software/ HR Solutions will also do.
a) Solution selling ability
b) Closing sales
c) Rejection handling
d) Sense of urgency
e) Sales of internet product to enterprise & mid-market segment across the geographical territory
f) Respond to elevated customer service complaints
g) Prepare presentations, financial projections, and competitive analysis
h) Identify, develop and negotiate business development relationships to grow revenue
i) Generate and achieve monthly and quarterly forecasts
j) On-going development of a sales team including hiring, training, and mentoring
People management :
k) Manage a team of employees
Sales Operations :
l) Oversee collections and ageing and take necessary action
m) Plan and implement local sales promotion activities within budget, ensure region compliance
Business Development :
n) Leverage existing relationships, negotiate with prospective partner in order to enhance market penetration and revenues.
