Branch Sales Manager - NBFC (2-8 yrs)
Purpose of the Job:
a) Responsible for customer acquisition, relationship management & profitability of assigned geography / customer segments / customer set.
b) Responsible for business growth & maintenance.
Key Responsibilities :
a) Advising customers on their financial needs for Mortgage / Home Loan
b) Manage / Recruit Channels & DST employees
c) Build relationship with builders to source clients for Home Loan
d) To support soft collection in case of any of assigned customer going delinquent
e) To handle / coordinate for pre & post disbursement activities
Selection Criteria
a) 2- 5 years of mortgage / home loan sales experience (Low ATS HL preferable)
b) Minimum 2 years of post qualification experience preferably from Banking or NBFCs engaged in Home
Finance
c) Product knowledge of Home loan and Loan against Property
