Job Responsibilities:
Direct Channel Sales:
- Drive direct channel sales (Open Market) efforts to the B2C market, ensuring a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with tailored solutions to meet their financing needs.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the open market to expand the LAP customer base.
Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
- Utilize insights to refine sales strategies and improve overall performance.
Client Relationship Management:
- Ensure exceptional customer service and follow-up with clients to build long-term relationships.
- Address client queries and concerns promptly, providing professional and accurate information.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of loan applications and documentation.
- Provide regular feedback and updates to senior management on sales performance and market conditions.
- This is an Individual contributor role.
Communication Skills:
Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively present and promote LAP products to potential clients.
- Conduct presentations and meetings with clients to explain the benefits and features of LAP offerings.
Key Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, specifically in the Loan Against Property segment.
- Strong understanding of the LAP market, including open market and direct B2C sales channels.
