Branch Sales Manager - Loan (3-5 yrs)
We are looking for a Branch Sales Manager to drive sales, manage customer relationships, and ensure branch profitability. The ideal candidate should have experience in Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) sales, with strong leadership and business development skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly & yearly sales targets and manage overall branch operations.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, developers, and business partners.
- Drive lead generation, conversion, and loan disbursement in line with credit policies.
- Monitor daily team performance and ensure adherence to sales processes.
- Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team for high productivity.
- Ensure customer satisfaction & retention through effective service and engagement.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Graduate (MBA Finance preferred)
- Experience: 3+ years in HL/LAP sales
- Domain Knowledge: Home loan market & regulatory aspects
- IT Skills: MS Office, CRM tools
- Competencies: Sales leadership, customer orientation, relationship management, and strategic planning
