- Looking for a Branch Sales Manager who can be handling team and the products are LAP, Mortgage and PL.
- Manage a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets .
- Recruit, hire and train all branch personnel including mortgage loan officers, compliance, operations, underwriters, processing teams, and other mortgage professionals to build a well-rounded team.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Provide coaching and guidance to sales executives to improve their performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, and provide insights and recommendations to the senior management team.
- Work closely with cross functions/other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies.
- Collection of property documents for legal and technical clearance.
- Handing over of full set of dockets to Ops dept for disbursement.
- Collection of PDD Documents & monitoring of pendency's Handling collection Clearing audit query.
