Branch Sales Manager - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities::
- Manage the daily business of channel partners by stopping by places of sale within a certain territory and speaking with all relevant staff members.
- Establish a great rapport with all relevant personnel at the point of sale and satisfy all service-related demands at the designated Branches.
- Uses telephone and in-person communication with current channel partner relationships to mobilise business and ensure that the greatest number of loan debtors are converted to Credit Life coverage.
- Effectively handle and address daily relationship-related questions.
- Daily updates to the portal for daily interactions.
- Weekly/biweekly preparation of MIS reports and exchange of conversion outcomes.
Candidates Profile :
- Excellent communication skills(Except B.A.)
- 2+ Years- experience required in sales & marketing any insurance field ya
- Must be graduated
- Previous field sales experience is a plus
