Branch Sales Manager - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Dynamic Sales Manager to lead, motivate, and mentor a high-performing sales team. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, recruiting top talent, and developing innovative strategies to achieve success.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire your team: Motivate your team to exceed sales targets and reach their full potential.
- Recruit and develop talent: Identify and onboard top financial advisors and leaders, providing them with the training and mentorship they need to excel.
- Strategic planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, including cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
- Operational excellence: Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Customer engagement: Participate in field activities to expand our customer reach and build strong relationships.
Candidate Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 2-4 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably in insurance
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and lead teams
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented
- Age 21-38, valid driver's license, own two-wheeler
