Job Description :
Experience : 10 / 12 years - Must have working knowledge of HORECA
Role :
Branch Sales Manager (BSM) is the next level to the ASM.
Key responsibilities include :
- Administering and ensuring compliance to all sales practices for branch and performing various training sessions for the same and coordinating with the team to maintain all activity.
- He shall also review efficient usage of all sales formula and aid and prepare effective sales programs for fields.
- Preparing a list of prospective customers for sales leads, reviewing work of sales team on a weekly basis and maintaining control of all marketing activities to ensure achievement of all objectives within allocated budget
and determining all sales goals.
