Position : Branch Manager
Experience : 5-12 years in Home Loan Sales
Qualification : Any Graduate
Department : Sales
Business Unit : Home Loans
Key Responsibilities :
Sales
Allocating target to the Sales Team ( BDEs )
Develop business plan to support the Sales Team.
Drive the Sales Team towards achieving their respective target.
Building Builder/Corporate Relationships/ DSA relationships
Executing business plans for the area under purview
Team Management
Manage a Team of BDEs and provide Training and support in team developing activities
Conduct team meetings, provide individual & team feedback and ensuring team work
Handle individual and team objections, queries and motivate the team
Retaining Team Members
Continuously exploring new business opportunities
Maintaining credit quality and overall cost control
The role of BDEs in your team is:
Selling Home Loan/ Insurance Products and any other product introduced by the company.
Generate Leads From Builder, Open Market and Other Sources.
Assisting Team Manager in developing Tie Ups with Builders.
Any Other task assigned from time to time by his team leader.
