- Managing a team of 6-7 Relationship Manager of Home Loan from open market.
- Also Managing Channel Partners, DSA, DST
- Provide training to Relationship Manager for better sourcing and key factors for assets business.
- Assisting Relationship Manager and branch to achieve numbers and value for branch.
- Handling query and provide resolution to credit team to clear the cases.
- Contacting Builders for getting their projects pre approved and get the Home Loan hassle free for their customers.
- Generating the leads form Builder, corporate, architects, business sourcing associates of the prospective customer.
- Conacting DSA and tie up with them for developing business.
Salary : INR 4,00,000 - 8,00,000 P.A.
