- Maintain relationships with the existing customer and develop network overall policy and process implementation and monitoring
Roles and Responsibility:
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the branch sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance the team's knowledge of home loan products and sales techniques.
- Provide regular performance feedback and coaching to team members to drive improvement and meet performance objectives.
Customer Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop a network of potential customers through referrals, networking, and marketing activities.
- Process Implementation & Monitoring :
- Oversee the implementation of sales policies, procedures, and best practices at the branch level.
- Monitor team performance, adherence to policies, and ensure smooth execution of daily operations.
Business Development :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive branch growth.
- Develop strategies to increase market penetration and boost revenue.
Reporting & Analysis :
- Provide regular sales reports to senior management on performance, trends, and progress towards targets.
- Analyze market and sales data to identify potential improvements and opportunities
