Branch Sales Manager - Education (4-9 yrs)

Role & Responsibilities
- As mini CEO's independently lead your respective branch; Take end to end P&L Ownership of your branch
- Define develop & use metrics to drive the vision and manage a business unit independently
- Build & motivate high performing teams to achieve Top-line (INR 6.25 Cr. / $ 1M annualized ) and profit targets for your branch and ensure month-on-month growth.
- Creste the strategies that steer the branch team including overall branch structure, hiring, Compensation, Sales Targets, lead generation and management, territory optimization etc.
- Drive Consistent sales goals setting processes (With RMs And sales managers) And design sales incentives plan, partnering with cross-functional teams and sales leadership
- Leverage internal tools (CRM, Sales app) to drive efficiencies in operational process
- Ensure quality assurance methods and metrics are in place for operational excellence
- Regional Sales Managers at Toppr
- Have Distinctive problem solving skills
- Process excellent team building and people management abilities

- Come with strong data management, and analytics experience
Qualification & Skills
- B.tech, Graduate from Tier II College (E.g NIT- s, Delhi University)
- MBA / PGDBM Preferred
- Minimum 3 years B2c Sales experience with 1+years managing large teams with operational complexity
- Experience with Sales/operations function at FMCG Company preferred
