PURPOSE OF THE JOB :
To achieve the sales budget through recruitment, training, sales quality and productivity management in order to have a seamless flow of operations.
Team Management :
1. Leading a team of HBL executives, Personal Interviews with Candidates
2. Activity Management of Calls, Appointments and closures of Every Executive.
3. Micro Managing Productivity of each resource. Meeting Branches.
Other functional activities :
1. Formal Weekly Review Documentation of executives.
2. To generate & share approval and decline MIS for the team.
3. DataBase Management and cross sell to manage Credit Card Lifecycle of Customer
