Branch Sales Manager - Client Growth & Team Leadership - BFSI (1-6 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute strategies to achieve branch sales targets.

- Lead and inspire the sales team to hit their individual goals.

- Build lasting relationships with key clients to drive growth.

- Ensure the sales team delivers top-notch customer service.

- Identify new business opportunities and expand product offerings locally.

- Track sales performance and adjust strategies when needed.

- Ensure all sales efforts follow banking regulations and internal rules.

- Report branch sales performance regularly to senior management.

- Address customer concerns and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction.

- Work with marketing to create campaigns that boost branch sales.

Ideal Candidate Profile :


- Strong negotiating and sales abilities the capacity to provide excellent client service

- Capacity to manage multiple responsibilities effectively

- strong managerial abilities

- Capacity to function in a group setting

- an undergraduate degree in any field

- Minimum of two plus years of marketing and sales experience in any industry
