Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve branch sales targets.
- Lead and inspire the sales team to hit their individual goals.
- Build lasting relationships with key clients to drive growth.
- Ensure the sales team delivers top-notch customer service.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand product offerings locally.
- Track sales performance and adjust strategies when needed.
- Ensure all sales efforts follow banking regulations and internal rules.
- Report branch sales performance regularly to senior management.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction.
- Work with marketing to create campaigns that boost branch sales.
