Branch Sales Manager - CASA (1-4 yrs)
Position Title : Branch Sales Manager - CASA
Location : Kerela (Thrissur / Kottayam / Palakkad / Aluva / Palai)
Job Responsibilities:
- To sourcing Savings Accounts, Privilege Accounts through a team of sales officers
- To control rejection of Account Opening Forms sourced by the team by promoting adherence to process norms
- On boarding calls for FDs and SIP on newly opened Saving Accounts
- To maximize float on NCA and ERV saving account customers
- To improve the efficiency and productivity of the team of sales officers through continuous training
- To stay updated on the recent changes in policy guidelines in order to educate the team members
- To follow policy guidelines strictly while sourcing Saving Accounts, FDs
Key Skills:
- Ability to manage a team of sales officers through constant motivation and guidance
- Ability to have a firm grasp on the market to source accounts effectively and efficiently
- Ability to devise innovative sourcing strategies to meet the business targets
Educational Qualification: Graduate /MBA Full Time
