Location : Pan Ahmedabad

Salary : 10 LPA Fixed

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Sales Manager to oversee our CASA (Current Account and Savings Account) operations in the Pan Ahmedabad region.

Role Overview :

As the Branch Sales Manager - CASA, you will be responsible for driving the sales and growth of Current and Savings Accounts (CASA) within the assigned branch. You will lead a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and customer-centricity to achieve targets and deliver exceptional service. Your strategic approach and leadership skills will be pivotal in expanding our customer base and enhancing our market presence.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Sales Strategy Development : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve CASA acquisition targets and maximize revenue generation.

2. Team Management : Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to ensure they meet individual and team targets. Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support their professional development.

3. Customer Acquisition : Drive CASA acquisition initiatives through various channels, including direct sales, referrals, cross-selling, and partnerships. Identify potential customers, build relationships, and promote our banking products and services.

4. Market Analysis : Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to stay ahead in the market.

5. Relationship Management : Cultivate strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to understand their financial needs and offer tailored solutions. Provide excellent customer service and resolve any escalated issues promptly.

6. Compliance and Risk Management : Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal policies to mitigate risks and maintain compliance standards within the branch.

7. Reporting and Analysis : Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans accordingly.

Qualifications and Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch banking, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth, particularly in CASA acquisition.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team towards success.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Sound knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements.

- Proficiency in MS Office applications and banking software.
