Branch Sales Manager - BFSI (5-10 yrs)

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead and manage our branch operations in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling various types of loans, including personal, business, auto, gold, home, and loan against property.

Location: Gandhinagar

Significant experience in mortgage loans is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Branch Operations & Business Growth:

- Drive loan sales and revenue growth for all loan products.

- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve branch targets.

- Ensure operational efficiency and adherence to company policies.

Sales & Customer Relationship Management:

- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure high retention and satisfaction.

- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

- Conduct regular customer engagement and lead-generation activities.

Team Leadership & Performance Management:

- Recruit, train, and mentor branch staff, including loan officers and sales executives.

- Monitor team performance and guide them to achieve targets.

- Foster a high-performance work culture and ensure team motivation.

Credit & Risk Management:

- Ensure adherence to credit policies and risk management guidelines.

- Monitor loan approvals, collections, and delinquency levels.

- Work closely with credit and collections teams to minimize NPAs.

Compliance & Reporting:

- Ensure compliance with RBI, company, and regulatory guidelines.

- Maintain accurate records and submit timely reports to senior management.

Key Requirements:

- Experience: 5-10 years in loans and financial services, with a proven track record in sales and branch management.

- Loan Expertise: Hands-on experience in handling Mortgage, personal, business, auto, gold, home, and LAP loans.

- Leadership Skills: Ability to manage a team, drive performance, and achieve business goals.

- Customer-Centric Approach: Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.

- Knowledge of Market & Regulations: Understanding of financial products, credit policies, and regulatory guidelines.
