Position: Branch Sales Manager
Role: Brach Sales Management .
Available Job Locations: Delhi / Gurgaon
Package: up to 14 lpa Fixed + 35% Variable [Depending on Current CTC]
Experience: 8+ years in Direct Sales & 2+ Years in Team Handling
Education qualification: B Tech preferred in Electronics/Mechanical engineering with at least 60% marks
Mandatory Skill's Required: - Must
1. Person should be selling Barcode-Printers, industrial automation machines directly to end user (Customer base - Food & Beverages/Pharma/Cement/Cosmetics/Electronics)
2. Knowledge of territory is must
3. Should not be working with distributor/dealer
4. Should not be selling components/spares/tools/fasteners
5. Must have 2 years of experience in team handling and managing a branch.

Job title: Branch Sales Manager
Department: Sales
Reports to: Head Region
Type: Full Time permanent job
Job purpose: Ensure profitable business results and market leadership through the sales team.
Key tasks/ Responsibilities
2.1 Monitor field performance of sales team on daily basis and achieve agreed monthly targets
2.2 Ensure an environment of - Customer First- & - Team work-
2.3 Prepare sales forecasts for each product and territory based on historical data, market trends, Competition activity, promotional strategy and sales effort
2.4 Develop & manage sales team through effective communication, product knowledge development, skills development and motivation
2.5 Ensure periodic sales & service meetings to monitor open issues and progress of agreed action plans
2.6 Ensure effective exchange of information with branch office team and senior management
2.7 Assist regional head in the development of the marketing plan
2.8 Ensure timely appraisal of performance & potential of each member of the sales team

Experience
6.1 Proven track record of success for at least 8 years as field sales personnel in multinational organisation(s) with responsibility of direct selling industrial automation related machines and payment collection. Experience of sales through distributor network shall not be considered.
6.2 Proven track record of success for at least 2 years as team leader/ sales manager with responsibility to achieve business targets through sales team of at least 3-4 personnel in multinational organisation(s) with responsibility of direct selling industrial automation related machines.
