Branch Sales Manager - Banking & Finance (2-10 yrs)
- Must have Sales/Business Development experience in different kinds of loans - Mortgage Loans, Home Loan, Personal & Business Loan
- Should be playing a team handling role currently, handling at least 10 to 12 SMs
- Recruit, Induct, handhold, facilitate and motivate team members.
-Should know and have worked with the DSAs
- Should have on boarded DSAs
- Would prefer candidate who have only done Personal Loans, Business Loans, Mortgage Loans, Home Loans, Loan Against Property
- Experience in Bank/NBFC
- Should have good team handling experience
- Achieving & exceeding Business goals and targets. Decide and implement region specific innovative strategies to meet business targets
- Creating a strong & compliant sales culture to drive acquisitions, profitability and employee development.
- Managing and supporting the effective deployment of team of sales professionals with respect to the geographical area, exploring new markets and in allocating resources to most profitable opportunities.
- Identifying the need of sales training, analyzing changing market trends, channel deployment etc.
- Ensure implementation of promotional plans & contests and suggesting new and innovating promotion plan for the area of work.
- Recruiting and Retaining high performers.
- Ensuring highest levels of employee relationship, motivation & engagement to drive results & high levels of employee satisfaction
