Branch Sales Manager - Bank (3-7 yrs)
- As a Branch Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations of our branch and ensuring exceptional customer service to our clients. You will play a crucial role in achieving branch sales targets, while also managing and coaching a team of sales professionals.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch sales targets and financial goals
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support in their daily activities
- Monitor sales activities and performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management
- Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions, adjusting sales strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with other branch managers and departments to ensure effective cross-selling opportunities

Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales management within the banking industry
- Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully managing and motivating a sales team
- In-depth knowledge of banking products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyse sales data and develop effective sales strategies
