Branch Sales Manager - Bank
- BSM will be responsible for leading a team of Sales resources across 2- 3 branches of a Cluster.
- The primary responsibility would be to ensure that all the team members are on board as per the Head count budget. Thus the BSM need to be personally involved or work very closely with HR in identification and recruitment of his/her team
- All the team members should be trained to deliver as per the expectation of the bank. The BSM will be required to coach and and hand hold the team till the time they are up the curve and perform at an optimum level
- It is expected that BSM would also do joint calls with the team and help them pitch the right product to the right customer segment.
- The BSM will need to ensure that Rejection is less than 1% and thus there is no customer dissonance arising out of mistake of his/her team.
- The person is required to build strong inter departmental relationship across other stakeholders like HR, HO, Product team, Operations to mention a few
- The role requires that the person display strong leadership quality and create career progression for the team. This will ensure that the attrition rate be kept below 15% annualized for the year
- The role is also required to ensure business hygiene and follow all the process as per the guidelines laid down by Process or Compliance.
- The BSM will be responsible to achieve CASA and cross sell of Third Party Products ( Insurance, Trinity accounts etc.)as laid down by the bank
- A lot of personal focus is also required to drive TASC and GB business through the branch and the team.
- BSM is required to ensure that the team qualifies for PLVP( Performance Link Variable Pay). One of the personal milestone in the role requires to ensure that all team members earn PLVP
