Branch Sales Manager - B2B Vertical (2-4 yrs)
Job Description :
- Manage Channel Partner business on a daily basis by visiting points of sales within a defined territory and meeting all concerned employees.
- For work purposes, they will take care of existing relationships and drive rural business
- Build an excellent relationship with all concerned employees at the point of sale and fulfill all service-related requirements at the assigned branches.
- Do personal and telephonic interaction with existing channel partner relationships mobilization and ensure maximum conversion of loan borrowers for credit life cover. Handle /resolve queries and form relationships efficiently on a daily basis.
- Preparing/collating weekly reports on the outcome of interactions with the relationships for submission to concerned personnel.
- Preparing reports/sharing of conversion results
- Candidate will take care of Patna Cluster covering the entire Bihar. Travel will be 30% in a Month
Required Qualification and Skills :
Educational Qualification : Any Graduate (Except Arts background) With an Academic score of 60%
Experience - 2-3 years of B2B /B2C Sales
Other Skills- Communication skills. basic database management, and excellent relationship-building skills.
Regional Exposure- The candidate should be exposed to the locations mentioned in the Patna cluster
