Branch Sales Manager (10-20 yrs)
- Channel Expansions (WOD & DOD) for market coverage through Channel partner acquisition , retention & development
- Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current trends with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
- Develop and maintain long-lasting channel partner relationships; visit key partners regularly as needed and proactively/promptly respond to inquiries, acting as the direct and primary contact
- Keep close monitoring on financial state of branch business and take proactive steps to Optimize the existing resources effectively to obtain desired P&L as per the AOP.
- Collate customer and market feedback properly and able to launch new products successfully to acquire more customers and become market leader in the business
- Keep control on Operative cost of Branch to ensure better gross margin and profitability through enhancement of processes, cost optimization projects and innovation
- Ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers at the perfection level to achieve better C-SAT from competitors
- Help to build automated sales process for effective and efficient performance. Successfully implementation of CRM, SAP, ERP and Mobile APP
- Ensure & monitor efficiency and efficacy of sales process with actual on ground execution
- Ability to do demand forecasting and supply accordingly without any sales loss
