Job Title: Branch Sales Associate
CTC: Up to - 3.5 LPA (depending on experience and interview)

Key Responsibilities :
- Achieve sales targets by promoting financial products and services to potential customers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Provide customers with product knowledge and assistance in selecting the best solutions to meet their financial needs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies.
Requirements :
- Experience: 1-2 years in sales, preferably in BFSI or similar industries.
- Age: 21 to 32 years.
- Location: Candidates must be local to Vadodara or Surat.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
