- CRM: Build strong customer relationships in rural areas.
- Client Interaction: Understand financial needs, provide personalized assistance.
- Sales and BD: Identify and expand customer base.
- Product Knowledge: Understand and educate on company products.
- Cross-selling: Maximize engagement through product recommendations.
- Market Research: Stay updated on trends, competitors, and regulations.
- Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly goals.
- Data Management: Keep accurate records in the CRM system.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines.
Must Criteria :
- Candidate should be from BFSI or any sales background.
- 2-wheeler is mandatory (can be managed)

- CTC: 2 lakhs to 3.5 LPA
