Responsibilities :

1. Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and priority banking clients. Understand their financial goals, needs, and preferences.

2. Financial Advisory : Provide personalized financial advisory services, including investment, wealth management, and banking solutions tailored to the client's requirements.

3. Portfolio Management : Manage the investment portfolios of priority clients, ensuring that their investments align with their financial objectives and risk tolerance.

4. Cross-Selling : Identify opportunities to cross-sell various banking and financial products such as savings accounts, fixed deposits, insurance, mutual funds, and other wealth management products.

5. Customer Service : Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty. Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely assistance.

6. Compliance : Stay up-to-date with banking regulations and compliance requirements to ensure all transactions and activities are in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
