Branch Relationship Manager - Sales - BFS (2-6 yrs)
- As a Branch Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with clients, driving sales, and ensuring the overall success of the branch. Your primary responsibility will be to understand the financial needs of customers and offer personalized solutions while managing a portfolio of accounts. You will collaborate with various internal teams to deliver excellent service and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
Client Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their financial goals, needs, and preferences.
- Proactively engage with clients through regular communication, meetings, and follow-ups to provide tailored financial solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering advice on banking products, investments, and wealth management services.
Sales and Business Development :
- Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities to cross-sell banking products and services to existing clients.
- Acquire new clients through referrals, networking, and outreach activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to meet revenue targets and expand the client base.
Portfolio Management :
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and profitability.
- Analyze client financial data, assess risk levels, and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
- Monitor account activity, track performance, and identify opportunities for portfolio optimization and growth.
Customer Service Excellence :
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and handling escalations.
- Ensure compliance with service standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
