Branch Relationship Manager - Sales - Bank (2-5 yrs)
- We have Urgent openings for Relationship Manager - Business Banking for Indore Madhya Pradesh, India location.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Creates new High Net Worth Customer relationships and strengthens existing ones for liabilities and business assets.
- Assures strict adherence to bank policies and high standards of customer service oriented.
- Cross-sells clients on current bank products.
- Notifies clients of updated or new products to strengthen the banking connection.
- Arranges special sales events and initiatives for clients, both new and old.
- Works in conjunction with other group firms to offer easy access to other products.
- Keeps an accurate record of all interactions with the allocated customer accounts.
- Monitors turnaround times for customer satisfaction and customer complaints/questions
Qualification, Experience & Attributes:
- 2-5 Experience In Banking Sector
- Any Graduate Can Apply
- Excellent analytical abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Working knowledge of marketing automation systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
