We Are Looking For Branch Relationship Manager
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Oversee and ensure that every allotted Microfinance member receives 100% of their money.
- Make sure leads are generated for retail asset goods like HL and LAP.
- Must achieve the company's set goals for process compliance while ensuring that it is maintained.
- Observance of Protocols Observe the set protocols for handling customer contacts and reimbursement.
- Retains communication with the client in order to monitor refunds
Desired Candidate Profile :
- A bachelor's degree, regardless of field.
- One year of verifiable work experience in any sales-related field or six months of experience in banking, insurance, or life insurance is necessary.
- Capabilities for team management and leadership.
