Branch Relationship Manager - BFSI (4-6 yrs)
Purpose of the role:
- Acquire high value new to bank customers (focus HNI/ Trusts / Institutions) through industry best pricing offered by Equitas
- Manage relationship with existing set of clients mapped by the Bank in order to enhance value
- To aggressively cross sell investment and insurance products using Offline/ Digital platform of Equitas
- Build liability book for himself and for the Bank
Key Responsibilities :
1. Acquire high value new to bank customers to Bank on a monthly basis
2. Complete family banking proposition for families of customers on-boarded in order to increase Relationship
Value of customers acquired
3. Manage the relationships of clients provided by Equitas in order to enhance wallet share
4. Sharp execution of Cross-sell strategy of the Bank for all mapped and acquired clients including:
a. Digital Channel Activation
b. Activation for Digital Wealth Management
c. Selling Investment and Insurance Products
d. Selling Asset Products
5. Achieve Individual Book and Fee Income targets as mandated in HR Goal Sheet in order to secure highest rating as per policy of the Bank
6. Handle the service requirement of customers are taken case in a prompt and pro-active manner
7. Provide regular feedback to Branch / Head Office team for improved customer relationship management at Equitas
8. The position is on Quarterly Incentive Program outcome of which is dependent on achievement of laid down
