Branch Relationship Manager - Banking (2-4 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Branch Relationship Officers are responsible for offering bank products to customers, tending to the needs of both new and returning customers in the branch, and bringing in new business through client visits and referral-generating activities as part of the branch banking team.
- They will have to pitch bank products to prospective clients by using their communication abilities.
- In order to provide additional bank products based on the needs of the customer, they are expected to interact with current Bank customers who are mapped to their portfolios as part of their daily routine.
- To guarantee end-to-end closure, it is also expected that customer transactions and service requests be processed within the allotted turnaround time.
