Branch Relationship Manager - Bank (2-14 yrs)
Responsible for planning and implementing sales and marketing activities within a branch or location in order to grow the Retail Liabilities business. Is responsible for expansion of business relationships and increase business from the existing relationships.
Major responsibilities :
- Setting liabilities acquisition targets for the team.
- Responsible for visiting critical clients along with Team Leaders and BO's as well as meeting with industry associations to help in building affiliations.
- Responsible for ensuring a superior customer experience while opening accounts at the branch as well as smooth and efficient transactions for all customers.
- Responsibilities also include motivating as well as maintaining productivity of BO's team.
- Also responsible for the effective hiring, training and retention of Team Leaders and BO's.
