Branch Mangaer - Sales - Education (3-15 yrs)
The key functions will be:
1. Will be responsible for recruitment, training, and coaching sales and collection members for the branch.
2. Responsible for developing and implementing strategies (like identifying channel partner) to achieve sales target for the branch.
3. Tracking & monitoring sales productivity at regular basis and providing constructive feedback and coaching as needed.
4. Manage delinquency rate across bucket
5. Recognising employee achievements and encouraging excellence in the work environment
6. Implementing marketing and promotional activities / events for the branch.
7. Communicating branch staff regularly on current sales goals, promotions, and other relevant information
8. Oversees the day-to-day administrative workflow of the branch like infrastructure management / branch budget / allocating funds etc.
9. Complying with all statutory requirement applicable at branch.
10. Interacting with customers on a regular basis and resolving grievances if any.
11. Tracking and gaining useful feedback on competitor practises and implement in achieving sales target.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree preferred.
2. Good communication skills
3. Excellent leadership and team handling skills.
4. Excellent sales, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to prioritize tasks, delegating when appropriate.
6. 3-5 years of experience in the relevant industry
7. Proven track record of handling a branch or at least a team size of 5-8 members.
8. Familiar with the location assigned.
