Branch Manager - Wealth (5-8 yrs)
Reports to: Cluster Branch Manager Wealth
Positions Reporting to Role:
- Relationship Manager Wealth
- DBM Wealth and Operations team
Job Role and Responsibilities:
- Formulate outbound and inbound sales plan to acquire new HNI customers for increasing customer base of the portfolio
- Monitor and address HNI clients- banking and Investment requirements
- Review client's personal data, align and provide seamless service delivery for enhanced experience thereby helping the client to reach his short term and long term investment goals
- Focus on business development across liabilities, assets & fee to sustain and achieve growth in relationship value, revenues & improved client stickiness.
- Achieve product-wise targets (funds and investments, insurance and risk protection, investment advice etc)
- Mentor, coach & drive business numbers from set of Wealth Managers of the branch.
- Responsible for driving wealth lounges in branches for business numbers through Wealth Managers of respective branches.
- Manage day to day banking operations.
- Monitor Demat/Foreign Exchange remittances/locker.
Deliverables:
- Manage wealth & retail clients through client visits
- Provide financial investment advisory to the clients and achieve revenue targets
- Advise clients on their product requirement to maximize their investments
- Develop new relations through referencing and other sources
- Market feedback i.e., new product, pricing, and competitor's activity etc. to the cluster manager
- Provide seamless and superior service delivery to the clients
- Ensure compliance with key regulatory and bank level requirements
- Ensure that branch adheres to Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) norms at all times
- Build and maintain long term relationships, deepen relationship (grow relationship value) and increase revenues
- Cross-sell new and existing products and service with clients
