Branch Manager - Sales - Used Car Loan (4-12 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Taking care of budgeted business targets and ensuring its achievement.
- Managing Profit & Loss of Branch.
- Taking care of Car and CV product loan business.
- Proper market mapping of the assigned territory.
- Developing and managing a team of SEs as per the business plan.
- Training and people development.
- Portfolio management in coordination with Credit, Operations & Collection.
- Taking care of collections, strong check on the ID, ED & NS cases.
- Regular review meetings with teams below and above hierarchy.
- Builds business by identifying and developing a strong dealer and channel network.
- Identifies business prospects and converting them into opportunities.
- Resolution of PDD.
