Branch Manager - Sales - Training & Recruitment Business (14-18 yrs)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for overall P&L account of the Branch
- Create sales projections and sets objectives for the Branch
- Develops and executes full strategic sales and marketing plans and programs for the Branch products (including all the products that are there in the Company's Portfolios)
- Responsible for increasing and tracking company market share
- Identify new Markets and Segments to penetrate for the expansion of the market of the company
- Build a strong aggressive team and monitor performance of the team and take steps to execute the goal set for The Branch for Training / Recruitment Business in the IT / ITES domain
- Builds a strong Delivery team at identified location and sets up systems and processes to ensure that the customer requirement is fulfilled within the fixed TAT
- Continuously try to reduce the TAT working with the team and the portal
- Follow up on the revenue and collections (escalation)
- Maintain strong bottom-line for The Branch
