A leading NBFC is looking for a Branch Manager
- Drive profitability and operations at the branch
- Implement the business development plan for the month basis review for the previous month's performance.
- Generating leads from the market
- Provide credit approval of the cases within his authority ((TAT, ED/ID)
- Review and manage performance and achieve the monthly targets with the team.
- Ensure the needful training is conducted.
- Mentor and guide the team on regular basis Manage overall branch admin Custodian to statutory compliance.
